Apostrophe ' - We beat your grammer!
In great difficulty, guitarist Julian Goolian has been trying to form
a metalcore-rock band for the past two years with absolutely no success.
However, along his musical journeys of the harsh Floridian concrete
desert, filled with it's raw, blazing Floridian heat, he has met many
who are in need of others as well in order to form a rock band of their
own, or who are allready in bands.
In his travels he has met the group, now dead, 'Trauco'; 'Under Black
Wings', former and current members of 'The Skabies', the older rock
grunge band 'Social Suicide', 'Tin Soilder Empire', 'Alexandria', and
'The Beatniks'.
In his quest, he has learned much about performance and music, but still
did not have a rock band on his hands. Meanwhile, Will MacGuire, former
Lead Vocalist of 'Trauco' was unsatisfied in his music project and
wished to start a band with Jules. Both had become well-natured together
as friends and became well involved with each other in music for about
1-2 years. Will tried to let Julian become part of 'Trauco', but the
drummer of the band didn't like Jules, so Julian was out. However, the
band broke apart after the guitarist 'Kevin' quit, and Julian and Will
were searching for a bassist and a drummer.
Later, Julian happened to have a girlfriend, who he went out with for
about 6 or 7 months and continues to be with to this day, named Mallory
Taylor. Julian had worked with her before, and he brought her in, being
that she started to enjoy playing rock/metal after Julian got her
motivated, and she had many good ideas for the music.
Now all they needed was a drummer, but the problem was that they didn't
want Will to hog up the vocals with constant screaming, although it was
well-made screams. Diana, a friend of Julian's who he had known since he
was about 12, had recently become involved, being that she could really
sing. Julian was a bit nervous to what Will would say, but it worked out
as if it was a miracle.
While making some music, the band all knew that they would never be
taken seriously if they didn't have a drummer. Will and Julian, mostly,
spread the word, and were looking for one suitable for their kind of
music. One day, Will happened to receive a disturbing call from his
former drummer, Jean, from Trauco. He had heard from his uncle, Leo,
that Will had a band, and he was interested in being involved. Both
Julian and Will were a bit awkward at the situation, but they gave him a
chance.
With Will's screaming vocals, Diana's soft and beautiful voice, Julian's
piercing guitar, Mallory's great bassiosity (bassist ability), Jean's
drum double bass, loud snare, and ideas on coreness, the band '
Apostrophe' " works on delivering a new kind of metal, now and for
eternity....
